It says that shipping is free to all UK addresses, but you were going to charge me nearly £5 more to deliver a t-shirt I was going to order.

Any order below £45.00, has a shipping charge of £4.50 added automatically. Any order received below £45.00 and shipped free of charge would mean that we would be shipping at a loss. To keep our prices as low as possible we have to charge a shipping fee for smaller orders. This charge only impacts a few items in our catalogue, most items do ship for free. If your order value is say £39.99 adding an Oakley key ring (£5.00) would make your order qualify for free shipping.
