Redeeming a Gift Certificate
To redeem your RubensMenswear.com gift certificate, simply follow the steps below.
- Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket 'add to basket' buttons.
- Log-in to your account, or if you do not have an account create a new one.
- On the order summary form towards the bottom of the page, you'll see a box that says Coupon Code.
- Enter your claim code into the box and click the "Submit Query" button.
- The voucher amount will be deducted from your Shopping Basket total.
- The voucher is only classed as 'Used' once you submit the shopping basket contents and complete the order.
Gift Certificate TERMS OR USE
- These conditions apply to all gift certificates. (Different conditions apply to promotional gift certificates).
- Gift certificates can be redeemed at our website our in our store, towards the purchase of products listed in
RubensMenswear.com's online catalogue or displayed in our store.
- The gift certificate cannot be used to pay for RubensMenswear.com gift certificates.
- The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
- Any unused balance will not be held on the recipient's account.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
- The gift certificate cannot be applied to an open order.
- Normal RubensMenswear.com terms and conditions of purchase and for using the RubensMenswear.com website apply.
- Please note that some products available for sale on the RubensMenswear.com website may not be purchased by persons
under a specified age. If you are planning to give a gift certificate to someone under 18 years of age, please ensure that they
are made aware that some products are unavailable to them.
- Only one gift certificate can be redeemed against an order.
- A gift certificate cannot be combined with a promotional gift certificate.
