On every shopping
page you will find one or more 'ORDER' buttons like this along with selection
boxes for size and colour (where applicable):
Simply select the size and colour that you require and click on the button
to add a product to your basket.
As
soon as you have selected a product to add to your basket, you will be transferred
to the 'REVIEW' page where you can see the current contents of your basket (you
can get to this page at any time by pressing the Basket button or selecting
the option at the foot of each page:
The action of transferring to the Review page confirms that the product has
been added to your basket. On the Review page it is also possible to remove an
item from your basket (click on the 'remove' link at the right of the line
against the item you no longer require) or amend the quantity of an item that
you have ordered (click in the quantity box to select the value displayed and
type in the value you require; then click the 'Update' button).
Near to the top of the Review page are 3 buttons which give you choices
of action from this point. The most used is the 'SHOPPING' button which
returns you to the page from which you ordered the last item.
If you have selected everything that you wish to purchase on this visit
to Rubens Menswear, click the check box towards the bottom of the review page to agree to our Terms and Conditions . (You can choose to read our terms of sale by clicking the link below the check box). Once you have
agreed click the 'Checkout' button, you will be transferred to the customer
information form, proceed to step 3, or if you have a Google Checkout account you can transfer to your account to complete your order and payment - You do not need to follow any further steps if paying with Google.

If you disagree
with our Terms of trade you will not be able to complete your purchase - the order will still be sent to our customer service
department who will then contact you to arrange payment and resolve any issue
you may have.
Once
you are ready to pay, you are transferred to the Customer Information form, here
you are asked to enter your personal details to enable us to ship the goods to
you and for you to effect payment. Take care when entering
your name and postal address: if you are paying by credit card, this must be the name and address to which the card is registered, this address will also
be used as the delivery address (you can specfiy an alternate address on the next page). Make sure that you pick the correct location/delivery
location country from the drop-down box since this is used to calculate
the shipping costs and will be the final line of your delivery address. The Post/Zip
code is used in the payment validation process and must be entered. European Union (EU) customers are charged VAT at the UK rate (15%)
on their purchases, customers outside the EU will not be charged any tax. If
VAT is not applicable then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to
your visit to the cashier. Your location may render you liable to import, state,
local or other taxes:
Such taxes are entirely your
responsibility.
If you wish to amend any of the data, simply click within the required
field and make the amendments.
At this stage, you should be ready to
move onto the actual payment process.Click the 'Next' button to continue:
The next page shows a summary
of your order with final pricing, including shipping costs and any applicable
UK taxes (EU customers only). You have the option of amending your address by clicking the 'Edit' link under the Invoice adress. You can also add an alternate delivery address by clicking the 'Add new delivery address' link. If on a previous order you have already selected an alternate address, this will appear in a drop down menu. You can add any comments you have regarding your order in the box marked 'Additional comments'. Finally you have the option to ammend your order again prior to commiting. Follow the instruction above to add aditional quantites or to remove items from your basket. If you have not already done so on the basket review page click to agree to our Terms of Sale. Once you are satisfied that your order is correct,
click the SEND ORDER button: proceed to step 5
Clicking the 'Send Order' button will generate an e-mail to you and submit your order to Rubens Menswear.
You should receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within a few minutes.
You will also be transferred via a 'SECURE' connection to SAGEPAY.
Here you have a choice of payment options including ALL major credit and Debit cards, Amex and PayPal. On the secure payments page you need to enter your credit card number and its
expiry date using the fields and drop-downs provided. Once you have entered your details follow the instructions. As a further security measure
you may be transferred to your bank for 3D Secure payment authorisation.
NOTE: Your computer IP is also stored for security reasons.
After completing the credit card form you will be directed to either a sucess or fail page. Full instructions are provided on both pages. Our system will also indicate that the order was sent by e-mail to both you and us. Finally at the bottom of the page you are given the option of leaving the store or returning to the shop entrance
to do it all again! Click the button to make your choice.
