You may
cancel your order at any time prior to it's dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched you will received
a email confirmation.
At this stage you cannot cancel
your order.
If once you have received your order you still wish to return
any garments you must complete the returns form accompanying your
shipment, after obtaining a return
code from our site.
To cancel
your order now, simply login to your account using your email address combined with the password you selected when you originally placed your order. Once logged in click on the order number you wish to cancel and then click on order status button. Once the page has reloaded click the cancel order link - you will be asked to confirm the cancellation click yes and your order will be cancelled automatically.
PLEASE NOTE:
Oakley Custom Shop orders - Once your order status has changed from 'received' to 'On Order @ Oakley' you cannot cancel your order.
