Oakley Warranty

EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lens*. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty.


*Scratched lens are not covered under Oakley’s warranty policy. Replacement lenses can be purchased through Oakley UK, or by calling 01462 475400.


PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lens*.


WATCH WARRANTY POLICY
All authentic Oakley timepieces are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Timepiece Dealer. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under Oakley’s Warranty Policies.


APPAREL WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley apparel is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Oakley dealer where purchased. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. The Oakley warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty.


FOOTWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley footwear is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Oakley dealer where purchased. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. The Oakley warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty.


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM (EYEWEAR AND WATCH)
Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Oakley is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Call Oakley UK on 01462 475400 for information regarding your warranty claim, they will advise if a charge is applicable.

Please include the following information in your package:
1.Your name, return address and telephone number
2.A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
3.A copy of the receipt and/or a check made payable to Oakley.
