Return Policy for items purchased @ www.rubensmenswear.com
RubensMesnwear.com have extended our returns policy - Any purchase made from 15 November 2007 until Christmas 2007 can be returned up to and including 9th January 2007. All other terms and conditions apply.
If
you have purchased any item from our catalogue and subsequently
change your mind, you have ordered the wrong size or the
item/s are faulty, you must complete this procedure to obtain
an 'return authorization code'.
If
this procedure is not followed it will slow the processing
of any exchange/refund.

the button to the left to login to our order tracking system.
We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of receipt.
Send the item back to us
The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package, a return label can be printed from within the returns system. Our return address is:

Any products returns must be in an unused condition and be suitable for resale. The cellophane seal on DVD's must be intact. If this is not the case then a refund cannot be provided.
Item Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchase you will have to pay for the goods to be returned to us. We will not charge you for the delivery of the replacement goods. This is only applicable to orders delivered to the UK Mainland.
Item Refunds
If an item you have purchased is not required, you will have to cover the cost of the postage back to us.
Faulty Items – Purchased Online
If the goods you have ordered are found to be faulty, or sent incorrectly by our dispatch team, we will cover the cost of all postage. Please contact us for details.
Liability
Any products that you intend to return to RubensMenswear.com are your responsibility until they reach us. Consequently, we advise that you use insured delivery service that will require a signature upon delivery. Alternatively you can return your order to our High Street store. You will need to produce your original invoice from us and the store will be able to refund or if you wish and stock permits, exchange the item.
Footwear Returns:
Any footwear returned to us must be in its original box and this must be packaged in suitable material i.e a Jiffy Bag. Any footwear returned in simply the box, we are unfortunately unable to refund. If they show signs that they have been used outside the shoes will be returned to the sender and a £5.00 charge applied for the postage.
We can supply bags to return items in, just let us know.
